Which speed setting or AI model should I use in the AI assistant?

The Light, Medium and High slider in the AI assistant changes the speed and also the type of AI model that does the task, so it changes how many credits you use.

For anything creative, such as designing a website or writing a video script, keep it at Medium or higher. For mechanical work that is just logic, such as building an automation or a thirty day follow-up sequence, pick Light; it uses fewer credits.

In general the model is a trade-off between cost, intelligence and speed. A more capable model costs more and may be slower, but it handles harder tasks better. If the assistant is struggling with a task, switch to a more capable setting for that task.
