How do I create a QR code, for example one customers scan to leave a review, and track scans?
QR codes are part of Click Tracking. Every click tracking link you create gives you a QR code.
- If the QR code should open a form (for example a review form), publish the form and copy its URL.
- Go to Click Tracking and create a new link. Give it a name and enter the URL where people should land after they scan it, such as a web page, a form or your review page.
- Customize the QR code if you like: pick a color and style (including halftone and other styles), and upload a logo or image to place inside it. Zoom the logo to fit the small box so the code carries the business's logo or brand.
- Download it or print it (a PDF is available), for example to display in the business with a note like scan this code to leave us a review.
Every scan shows up as a click in the click tracking list, so you can see how many people scanned the code, and how many then filled out the form. You can also ask the AI assistant to set this up for you.
